New office building

This 16,000 SF office building was designed to provide ABC, Inc with a new, up to date corporate image and accommodate a professional, comfortable, and functional environment for staff and clients.

 

The office serves as the headquarters for their company, providing offices, conference rooms, plan rooms, a kitchen / lunch area, restrooms / lockers, vehicle storage, a mechanical shop and support space.

This project consisted of planning, programming, schematic and design development, construction drawings and construction administration.
