New Student Housing

Bunting Residence Hall gives Colorado Mesa University an additional 70,700 sf of student housing. Design West programmed and designed Bunting Avenue to provide a home to 300 additional students each year. The new residence hall is designed to be flexible in its bedroom configurations, offering either double or single occupancy bedrooms as need arises. Bunting features gathering spaces for students including lounges, kitchenettes and study spaces throughout the building.
