Finished at the end of 2016, The Coldwell Banker office is a TI designed by Design West. Interiors were coordinated by Design West but designed by a Coldwell Banker hired Interior Designer. The building is 6,041 SF and includes many rooms for the residential brokers to attend to clients.

Not only are there 12 offices, but there are four conference rooms and a lot of open work areas. With comfort and privacy in mind, Design West designed phone rooms for brokers.

The inviting lobby has a "living room" feel to truly welcome all clients into the office space.
