Finished at the end of 2016, The Colderll Banker office is a TI shell design by Design West. Interiors were coordinated by Design West but designed by a Coldwell Banker hired Interior Designer. The building is 6,041 SF and includes many rooms for the residential brokers to attend to clients.

Not only are there 12 offices, but there are 4 conference rooms and a lot of open work areas. With comfort and privacy in mind, Design West designed phone rooms for brokers to take and make calls in.

The inviting lobby has a "living room" feel to truly welcome all clients into the office space.
