The Eagle Gate Building has been a landmark of Salt Lake City, Utah from the early 19th century as it is placed directly downtown with a beautiful view of the state's capital building. The building was replaced in the early 80's and has been left untouched for decades. Our team was tasked with updating the amenities of the building while paying tribute to the character and history it represented.

 

The design include over 15,000 sf of main floor amenities, including social rooms, two gyms, pool, game room, leasing office, bike storage, and modern e-lounge (Business Center). These spaces allow for more enrichment to the tenants, while giving space to get out and play. Additionally the design team created an amazing outdoor courtyard space for both small private events to large inviting events.
