Office Building Remodel

​

This project included the remodel of two floors of an existing three story office building to accommodate outpatient mental health support services. The design included remodel of interiors to provide several group therapy spaces, physician and support staff offices. The design included interiors which encourage a welcoming atmosphere.

 

All building electrical and mechanical systems were upgraded during the project. Design and construction accommodations were made for staff and patients using the third floor which remained open during construction.

Design West performed design services for architectural design, minor landscaping, construction administration and interior design.
