The Suites at Academy Square offer fresh new housing options to the students at Snow College. This attractive 392-bed facility creates a "gateway" to Snow College, anchoring the campus and welcoming visitors. Units are configured as semi-suites with kitchenettes. Gathering spaces are plentiful at The Suites at Academy Square, with common rooms, study rooms, and recreation rooms. Sustainable design elements resulted in this project achieving LEED® Gold certification.
